Our new Rotation diet attempts to cook with one or two ‘grains’ at a time.  This has led me down the path to new recipes.  Currently I am working on finding recipes with buckwheat for Day 2 of our rotation.

This chocolate chip cookie recipe is AMAZING!  For sure a new family favorite.

GF cookies

The only changes that I made are:

  1. I replaced the egg with 1 tsp egg replacer in 1 Tbsp warm water
  2. Since my hubby hates mint I used vanilla extract in his batch instead of mint extract
